Harmony Yoga offers three ways to attend classes, In-Studio, On Location, or Virtually.

On Location
We love to hit the beach or the park, or your own backyard.

Virtually
Harmony Yoga Beginners and All Levels Yoga Classes can also be accessed through the Zoom App. You may do these classes in the comfort of your own home, while you are traveling, or if you simply cannot attend a live studio class. You may access each class through a provided Zoom link on any device that has access to the internet. Once you register for the class you will receive the Zoom link.
When you choose the class you want to attend in the schedule below you will be prompted to enter your email address. Then you will be able to choose your payment options.

Class Descriptions
Beginner Yoga
The focus is on yoga basics, and breathing techniques with simple movements (yoga poses and chi gong) to help you come back to the present moment. It is here where you can harmonize with your breath/body to restore and begin again. We address safe alignment, explore energy practices, and guided meditation/relaxation. This class will help you decrease tension and increase harmony within and is appropriate for beginners of all levels.
All Levels Yoga
What do you need today from your practice? Everyday we wake up, our bodies and minds are different. Meet yourself where you are and be guided into gentle, mindful movements (yoga poses and chi gong) and breathwork/guided meditation to decrease tension in your body and increase the harmony that always resides within. Some yoga experience helpful but not needed.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga returns! Focusing on slow gentle poses & Restorative Yoga (using props like blankets and bed pillows) specially designed for those healing from or dealing with dis-ease in the mind and body.
Yoga Dance
This a pop up class/workshop that blends yoga and dance to give you a work out and a work in. Move and Groove then end with a Chakra Meditation to leave you feeling grounded and open. Come to a GODDESS CIRCLE and experience Yoga Dance!
Beach Yoga
A seasonal Friday class that occurs from Memorial Day to mid-September located on Cove Island’s Horseshoe Beach in Stamford CT. Come explore 5 Elements Yoga. We tune into the beauty all around us and within us in this all-levels class. A Stamford Beach Sticker is needed to attend this class. You will leave feeling grounded and open, ready for your weekend!
Private Yoga
Schedule a private one on one or semi-private yoga class for your mind/body needs. With 45 years of experience, between Occupational Therapy and Yoga, Carol will discuss your goals and create a home program specifically designed to restore you! Many students begin with a private and then combine this with weekly classes or continue with private classes on a regular basis. Makes a great gift too!
