About the event
This is the last series until the Fall for you to experience Magic on the Mat; a fun way to learn about both yoga and pilates from 2 very experienced teachers. Every week has a new theme and you will learn various breaths and poses as well as body strengthers and alignment to improve your posture from the inside out and the outside in!
