I am delighted to have you join the Harmony Yoga Retreat. By signing this agreement, the participant agrees to:
Abide by all retreat rules and respect fellow participants, staff, and the local community.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, illegal drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption.
Participate at their own pace and inform Carol of any injuries or limitations.
Take full responsibility for personal health and well-being during the retreat.
Participants confirm they are physically and mentally healthy enough to participate in yoga classes and retreat activities. If they have any health concerns, it is their responsibility to consult a physician prior to attending.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made on or before August 15, 2025.
Cancellations made after August 15, 2025 are non-refundable, regardless of reason (including illness, travel changes, or emergencies).
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with yoga practice, travel, and outdoor activities. By signing this agreement, participants waive any and all claims against the retreat organizer for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
Participants consent to photos and videos taken during the retreat being used for promotional purposes unless they notify the organizer in writing prior to the retreat.
