About the event

Does your energy feel clogged or open? Sounding can move the stuck energy and enhance the flowing energy within. We will gently loosen up our bodies so we can move the energy then we will hum, sing, chant, listen, be still, and together we will be with whatever needs to move thru us. Entrainment, the process of flow that carries the energy along, similiar to a sort of transportation, well, that is how we will move the energy along in our bodies. The practice of group singing is thousands of years old and has been used to pass on great wisdom teachings of cultures throughout the world. When we sing together, we generate positive healing vibrations for ourselves and the planet as a whole. We will sing and chant for both the suffering in our midst and for the freedom from suffering and the Great Awakening of humanity. Plus we are usherieng in The Year of the Dragon in Chinese New Year. Dragons represent good fortune, growth and catalyze harmony between good and evil forces. In singing together, we can call our inner dragon in us to all generate balance, growth and good fourtune for the year ahead!

Kevin Makarewicz, Katherine Silvan and Carol Shwidock will lead us in this magical adventure and you will surely leave feeling better than when you walked in!

Donation $15 in advance to reserve your space is greatly appreciated.
