About the event
Harmony Yoga Spring Awakening Retreat will include two daily yoga classes with Carol, focusing on awakenings within yourself from the outside in and the inside out. Picture gentle, mindful movements of yoga and qigong, guided meditations, sound baths, nature activities, reflective writing, and discussions in a healing tropical setting with healthy meals, optional excursions/wellness activities, along with the shopping and vibrancy of Tamarindo. This fun retreat will have it all!
Each day will consist of 2 yoga classes:
~ Wake up Yoga Class to feel your aliveness~ Chill out with a Restorative Class in the late afternoon
~Three gourmet, farm fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals
