About the event
The 7 Chakras are energy centers in the body. They correspond to the 5 Elements of Earth Water Fire Air and Space. In this fun workshop we will balance your energy centers using the properites of crystals and mindful dance along with a soothing guided chakra meditation. Lauri Ingram and Carol Shwidock together are a very healing team. Join us at the beautiful Ballet School of Stamford as we educate, sweat, celebrate, acknowledge and receive. You will leave feeling wide open yet grounded.Â
