Harmonizing Energy ~ A Yoga Dance & Crystals Workshop

Would you like to learn more about the healing properties of Crystals and how they affect the Chakras? Dancing through the Chakras with Yoga Dance you will feel the energy shift and harmonize within. Then you lay down for a Guided Meditation with Crystal Healing. You will leave with an understanding of the potent energies of both Crystals and the Chakras and how you can better transform your own energy, one breath at a time. Lauri Ingram, a spiritual mentor, Certified Reiki and Etheric Crystal Light practioner, Color Therapist as well as an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister will teach us about the Crystals and their unique energies then Carol Shwidock, 500hr yoga therapist, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Dancer will take us on the Yoga Dance journey and beyond!
