Picture yourself outside surrounded by the beauty of flowers, plants and trees and a wide open sky. Practicing Mindful Movements while engaging in breathing techniques to guide your attention from the outside in and the inside out is a very medicinal way to shift your nervous system from Fight Flight Freeze to Rest and Digest. Carol will guide you gently then you will lay down and receive a healing Sound Bath! Your body mind and soul will surely say “ahhhh”!
