Qi Gong means Energy relates to the 3 Energy Centers in the body, Belly, Heart and Mind...and we can learn to breathe into these 3 Dontians to focus our attention and become really present. Deeply Listening to your belly (gut brain), your heart and your mind, just deeply being present and listening, focusing your attention, will change your life! Come practice with Carol & Ken who between them have over 50 years of experience.  Both in Qi gong and Meditation you will learn about Posture, Relaxation and Breath!!! AND You will be so glad you did! These age old practices are life altering to decrease stress and increase joy!
