In every moment we are beginning again...it is the new Now! And at the beginning of every year at Harmony Yoga Studio  we take the time to reflect, celebrate, surrender, acknowlege and begin again. We ceremonioulsy erase what was....receive the blank slate...mindfully move, receive in restorative poses, listen to our hearts, listen to others and we begin again. This extended class is happening on Saturday Jan 6th 8-930am so sign up early to reserve your space. If you are a newbie to Harmony you can use your $40 for first 3 classes and receive this gem too.
