About the event
A Sacred Space will be created on your Mat so you can Release the Year of the Snake 2025 and Relax Deeply.
First we will move gently with Chi Gong and Standing Yoga Poses. You will need 2 BED PILLOWS and 2 BLANKETS.
Carol will then lead you in a few Restorative Poses while she guides you in meditation and healing sounds.
Then you will find your most comfortable pose and listen to a Healing SOUND BATH to really Let It BE.
Feel refreshed and ready to embrace the Year of the FIRE SNAKE and 2026!
