Refresh and Begin Again on this first Sunday in 2024! Water Element is about being able to find the stillness and inner light that is always there. We will cultivate the endurance and the ease to be present with ourselves and truly listen with Big Ears as Carol guides us in Gentle Movements! Then Holly will serenade our souls with the soothing sounds of her sound healing instruments: Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Gong, Flute and so much more.
