Then we will pause in several Restorative Yoga Poses designed for Earth Element to balance your Yin/Yang your calm/strength as we shift into Fall and release…(laying over your bed pillows, blankets and mats) so you can prepare your body mind and spirit it totally receive this healing Sound Bath from Diane of Grounded Meditation, all while breathing in the soothing salty air.
