How are you dealing with energy shifts?

Updated: Apr 8, 2023

I drove to MA last weekend to visit my pregnant daughter…woohoo….it was a beautiful ride with the fall colors shining bright as i traveled north…then i got stuck in traffic, of course…yet as i slowly creeped along in my car I was so grateful to observe the wild geese in formation. The geese were a beautiful catalyst to bring me into the present moment to embrace their freedom, their beauty and their peace. All we have to do is shift….Mother Nature is shifting, shining bright then letting go. We are not just on the earth but as my sweet teacher Jillian Pransky says “we are also OF the earth” The Earth is teaching us so beautifully how to shift, how to just be, how to allow, how to accept. Do you find yourself ruminating in your mind often about the past or the future? If yes then you are not here…you are there and all it takes is a flight of Wild Geese or a colorful tree or burning bush to bring us back.

Wild Geese by Mary Oliver

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your kneesfor a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your bodylove what it loves.Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.Meanwhile the world goes on.Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rainare moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers.Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,are heading home again.Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –over and over announcing your placein the family of things.

Thank you for being present with me, riding the waves and being open to shift…
