Pay Attention To How You Feel So this week I have been paying attention to how i feel.... kinda pissy as I am missing the sweat of a great walk, kinda bumming as this is probably the third time I have broken my toes and also grateful that it isn't worse. I have been using the time to meditate more, listen more, relax more, practice more, walk in the pool and not let the Summer rush on by. What are you learning these days?
