Meet us on the sand at Cove Island's Horseshoe Beach on scheduled Fridays 8-9am for a GENTLE 5 Elements Harmony Yoga Class. You need a beach sticker and then walk on the path by the boats to the first slip of sand on the right..there you will find us. Beginners Encouraged. We are Nature and Nature is in Us....let's heal together, one breath at a time.
