Harmony Yoga would love to provide a yoga class for you and your coworkers and show you how to manage stress and relax to be more productive and kind. Kindness matters on the job and in the world! Yoga is the union of the mind, body, and spirit and helps students discover their inner peace. Corporate yoga has been instrumental to the committed employees who practice it because it provides calmness in their hectic day. Employees have been known to come to the office that day just because they know it’s “yoga day!” Corporate Harmony Yoga classes are great for work events too! You choose the length of time and the location to best suit your needs. Carol is looking forward to her second year at a Summer Annual Picnic for a large local hedge fund. A wonderful Yoga program is part of the workweek at Oracle. A successful program since 2004, it is subsidized by Oracle and made available to all employees as this is a Virtual Class! Booking Policy

You may cancel classes up to 24 hours before the start time. You must call to reschedule or cancel this appointment. All of our plans and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment within that week so you don't have to miss your yoga experience. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our plans or gift certificates. By booking, you authorize our business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without 24-hour notification.
