Harmony Yoga Spring Awakening Retreat will include two daily yoga classes with Carol, focusing on awakenings within yourself from the outside in and the inside out. Picture gentle, mindful movements of yoga and qigong, guided meditations, sound baths, nature activities, reflective writing, and discussions in a healing tropical setting with healthy meals, optional excursions/wellness activities, along with the shopping and vibrancy of Tamarindo. This fun retreat will have it all!

~ Chill out with a Restorative Class in the late afternoon

Cala Luna is an upscale and boutique inspired hotel with Playa Langosta, a private area of Tamarindo Beach, available for us to practice on as well as a beautiful covered Yoga Shala surrounded by the jungle. Together we will embrace what is…2 yoga classes per day designed to cultivate your aliveness and rising energy as well as the stillness and downward flow into the Earth. Newbies encouraged.

The menu includes a variety of dishes, from traditional Costa Rican cuisine to international fusion. Guests can also enjoy cocktails and drinks (self-pay) at the hotel’s poolside bar, surrounded by tropical gardens.
