What is Shakti?
Shakti = female principle of divine energy Shiva= the male energy but it is not truly gender based. I mean let’s face it we ALL have our feminine and our masculine sides right? Some of us are more prone to one side and that is awesome. It’s when we feel out of balance with our selves that we need to check in….we need to sometimes Evolve rather than Revolve… How often do you find yourself in the loop of checking your phone and then endless time goes by?…precious time right. So we need to be aware that we are doing that, stuck in the loop, and make a conscious choice to come back to the present moment. And it takes Discipline… DISCIPLINE LEADS TO FREEDOM FREEDOM LEADS TO STRENGTH STRENGTH LEADS TO PEACE PEACE LEADS TO JOY! And we know the breath is the key right?…the Prana. the Chi, the life force energy, the Shakti that guides us All. The.Time.
