What do you desire?

I’ve been doing the Gabby Bernstein 21 day Manifesting Challenge. Today I learned about the concept of “driftwood.” I’ve talked a lot over the years in class about focusing your intention on whatever you desire. If you don’t know what you want, then how will you know that it has arrived?…that makes sense to me. In every Harmony Yoga class we start our practice by setting an intention. At Kripalu in 2003 i learned “I AM…and fill in the blank for whatever you want to manifest. I am healthy, I am happy, I am peaceful, I am guided..whatever that is for you. Gabby says “You collect all the evidence that your manifestation is getting closer and that you are being guided, like gathering twigs/driftwood. As you go about your day, jot down any clear sign when you encounter one. Don’t dismiss the small signs. As you add them up you will be amazed by the guidance that surrounds you. Feel excited about the momentum you are building. Choose to recognize each sign as spiritual proof that you are being guided toward whatever it is that you want to manifest.” We set our intention, our desire and then we surrender. That is a very important step according to my meditation teacher Davidji. When we surrender we then let the Universe work out the details for the highest good for all.

So invite yourself to sit for a moment and ask yourself “What do you want that is of the highest good? See it in your minds eye…your dream house, your dream job, your dream life, and then let it go. KNOW that we are all part of this amazing energy that makes the sun rise and set. KNOW that you may not receive exactly what you think you want but that the Universe has your back always.”

So what do I want?

I am in harmony with my family. That is my intention. I want my kids to be healthy and happy and live their best lives.

And guess what?
