Green is Everywhere!

I have been thinking about "E" words this Spring....Last week it was ELEVATE!!! This week my work is EXPANSION!

EVERYTHING IS EXPANDING EVERYWHERE in Spring time, THE WOOD ELEMENT in Chinese Medicine!

AND i love this quote from Sharon Salzberg

Where can you offer more kindness today?

Start with something easy...your pet, your plants...

then Explore someone who pushes your buttons sometimes...

then maybe the big guns...that person or situation that sucks you in Every time!

And surround the IT with kindness.....let me know how it goes...hopefully the GREEN LIGHT OF YES will begin to shine once you shift the energy. It all starts with your intention...what do you want to manifest this Spring? The time is now when the energy is going up and up to set your intention then let go of the details and let the Universe deliver...
