What does it mean to you to Savor?
Yes you can think of taste buds and savoring the sweetness and the spice but to savor something, according our friend Google means "to enjoy it fully and slowly, or by deeply appreciating a non-physical experience like a moment or feeling"
To savor one needs to be fully engaged in the experience, completely, to get the most pleasure from it...So I ask you, what moment are you savoring?
Can you see it in your mind?
Can you close your eyes, think of this moment and find an inner smile?
Metal Element, as you can imagine, can be rigid and sharp, also organized and precise...as the trees are letting go, so must we. If you are feeling any sadness or grief, as is possible with the holidays approaching and missing those who have passed on...allow yourself to acknowledge what is here for you now, BE with it, and let the E-MOTION (energy in motion) move through you. Come back to your Inner Smile and see that moment or moments you are savoring and feel where that is held in your body...the Joy is ALWAYS there....just like the Sun is ALWAYS behind the clouds. Can you access it now? Shift the Energy...Fire always softens the Metal so shake your limbs and smile...maybe do The Breath of Joy and SAVOR IT ALL!
